All donations will go into the Spring Foundation, which will issue a formal donation receipt whereby the donator may, according to the provisions of Clauses 17 and 36 in the Income Tax Law of ROC, list the donation as a tax-deductible item in the comprehensive individual tax return or as an expense of a profit-making enterprise in the year of donation.
